SleepPro mandibular advancement splints and bridgework

We do not recommend SleepPro’s for people with bridgework as they can put undue stress on a bridge which may result in damage to the bridge.

However, if you have bridgework, then we recommend you speak to your dentist about the suitability of a SleepPro or some other custom-made mouthpiece made by your dentist. If your dentist says it is OK for you to wear a splint, then you should not face any problems with respect to your bridge.

SleepPro Mandibular Advancement Splints and ‘crowns’ :

If your crown is “sound”, then you will not have a problem wearing a mandibular advancement splint.
